Jaime & John Boling
In late 2021, Jaime embraced a career filled with positivity after selling her staffing firm, seeking a life centered around nature, their beloved animals and celebration post-Covid. Together with her husband John, they spent two years building a tranquil wedding and event venue in Pickens, SC, focusing on fostering joy, connection for couples with their families and friends. Their combined experience in event planning and entrepreneurship aims to enrich lives and be apart of building positive legacies of families and the Upstate South Carolina community for years to come.

At Milepost 1808’s Farm, John and Jaime have four chickens, one miniature donkey, Lil Bud, 2 large donkeys, Peanut Butter and Jelly. They also board 12 horses on the Milepost 1808 Farm.
John and Jamie have four dogs part of their family, a Lab Rocky, and two Border Collies, Cookie and Phiffer Dog who are sisters, and Tooka, a Bobtail Australian Sheppard. At Milepost 1808 Couples are welcomed to make their fur babies part of their wedding day!
Jaime’s secret superpower, floral designs such as bouquets, table centerpieces, floral arches, etc. a talent she didn’t know she had until opening a wedding venue. Now Jaime is a certified floral designer and wedding planner.
