Milepost 1808 encompasses 40 acres and features a charming yet sophisticated 3,400 sq ft indoor venue. The design of the indoor space showcases rough-cut lumber walls that emanate the scent of freshly cut wood, complemented by exposed industrial steel beams and a stunning vintage chandelier that serves as the centerpiece of the ballroom-like area. This venue is equipped with amenities that make event preparation effortless. Additionally, our outdoor areas, including a 120 ft wrap-around veranda overlooking picturesque pastures with grazing horses, provide a beautiful backdrop for unforgettable experiences, whether large or small.

Milepost Story

In late 2021, Jaime embraced a career filled with positivity after selling her staffing firm, seeking a life centered around nature, their beloved animals and celebration post-Covid. Together with her husband John, they spent two years building a tranquil wedding and event venue in Pickens, SC, focusing on fostering joy, connection for couples with their families and friends. Their combined experience in event planning and entrepreneurship aims to enrich lives and be apart of building positive legacies of families and the Upstate South Carolina community for years to come.
